happy birthday to you~~~
may all your dream come true~~~

Healthy Brain

Thursday, September 24, 2009

Exercise is essential to promote a healthy brain and increase blood flow to brain. When u move, the exercise will stimulate the brain to release neurotransmitters; dopamine hormone that controls pleasure and exercise, serotanin that controls fear, stress, anxiety, etc and norepinephrine that controls antidepressant. Therefore, exercise is good to cure depression. Since the brain is the central of the body, a healthy brain means a healthy body.

Studies show that the childrens belong to those mothers who exercise during pregnancies will give birth to healthier and smarter kids than those mothers who don't exercise because the exercise helps to stimulate the brain developing of the feotus.

Our brain contains 1 trillion cells and ten thousand cells die a day as we age. Do u know that all of our body cells can regenerate and building new tissues everyday but only the brain cells don't regenerate but dying everyday so we need to protect the remaining cells well. Colouring is a better exercise compared to writing or drawing because this simple activity maintains the balance of the brain as it requires look, remember and think on how to paint, which needs the entire brain. This is very good brain exercise for old citizens.

*Notice that the "exercise" refers to physical body exercise as well as mental exercise.

Aha finally only the main point of this post.
The 5-Step Skin Care Routine: Japanese and Korean women’s biggest beauty secret to flawless skin"

Skincare
Makeup should be an enhancement, not a cover-up agent. Everything starts with good skin and a good skincare regimen is essential to maintaining or obtaining good skin. As clich? as it sounds, beauty comes from within. Just because you splurge hundreds of dollars on brand name skin products does not guarantee you will look flawless. People with great skin often attribute it to a healthy diet, exercise, plenty of water and 8 hours of beauty sleep.

For sensitive skin, try to avoid products with excessive fragrance, alcohol and chemical sunscreen, as they tend to have adverse effects on your skin. Many Japanese skincare products nowadays contain no added fragrance, color additives and chemical sunscreen, and are excellent to use because of the exceptional quality and quick penetration to the skin.

The 5-step regime
Your typical beauty routine should consistently involve cleansing, toning and moisturizing your face. This is known as the basic 3-step routine. However, we learned that Korean and Japanese women who have the most beautiful skin in the world, use a 5 step routine. A trip to any Korean or Japanese cosmetics store can help you gain valuable insights to their rituals and beauty secrets, but we can share those secrets with you right here:

The 5 step regime consists of double-cleansing —> massage/mask* —> toning —> essence —> moisturizer

*masks are recommended for 1 - 2 times a week only unless directed. Most essence type masks are recommended to be applied AFTER toning unless otherwise stated.

Double Cleansing - Makeup Remover + Foam Wash
You should always take off all your makeup before you go to sleep. Raccoon eyes aside, makeup will clog pores while you sleep and you will end up with breakouts the next day, not to mention the imprint on your pillow. This is a common problem with teens in North America, as famous model Iman once said, they learn how to use makeup before they learn about proper skincare. Hence the premature aging and skin problems.

If you wear makeup, you would be pleasantly surprised at the concept of Cleansing Oil. The name sounds heavy, but cleansing oils are perhaps one of the greatest inventions in the beauty industry (by the Japanese). Instead of the two-phase makeup removers we use in North America, the Japanese and Korean women use cleansing oil to remove makeup - including waterproof mascara. It is a washable oil that is emulsified with water to quickly remove all makeup, grease and dirt. It removes all traces of makeup gently yet effectively as well as other types of pore clogging dirt while maintaining skin's natural sebum levels. You apply the cleansing oil on your face without wetting your face first and the makeup dissolves quickly and effortlessly, and rinses off in seconds without any oily feeling.

After you remove your makeup with cleansing oil/cream, use a gentle cleanser to cleanse your face. This will remove any residue the cleansing oil leaves behind (if any). Double cleansing is crucial to maintaining great skin since many people tend to break out and they think they are doing everything right, but turns out that they were using cleansers that do not clean thoroughly.

Massage
Facial massages are a secret to glowing skin. You could even use a gentle scrub. Because of skin damage from UV rays, dehydration and aging, the skin loses its elasticity - just like a balloon that gradually loses air. Also, young people or those with oily skin secrete excessive sebum that clogs the pores, making the skin susceptible to acne and irritations.

When you massage your face with a massage pack/cream, it is an exercise for your skin. Working deeply within the skin, it cleanses the embedded particles, improves blood circulation and relieves stress. By working deep within the skin, facial massages can stimulate the flow of oxygen and nutrients to improve the elasticity of your skin. Because of the massage, the skin temperature rises, opening the pores and the dirt embedded within the skin will be removed.Your skin looks visibly fresher, glowing and younger after a massage.

Incorporating massages into your beauty regimen at least 2- 3times a week will give you visible results.

A word of caution for those with acne or oily skin, massaging will agitate the oil glands and increase oil secretion. So refrain from massaging.

Facial Mask
Everyone can benefit from using a facial mask once or twice a week and it is an economical alternative to having a facial at the salon. For dry skin, a moisture boost once a week is a great relief; for oilier skin, a purifying mask can unclog pores and remove embedded dirt. For normal skin, it is a maintenance measures to keep your skin in top shape.

Facial masks cleanse from deep within the skin, improve blood circulation and improve skin renewal. They remove deeply embedded dirt which can cause acne, and stimulate oxygen flow to improve the elasticity of your skin. The skin is fair, smooth and firmer after and has a healthy glow. Unlike facial massages, facial masks should be done only 1 to 2 times a week after cleansing and preferably at night-time. (Excessive stimulation of the skin can cause skin discoloration)

Facial masks have many different types. They come in sheets (cloth or silk), clay, gel and cream. Each type is specific to its own purpose: sheet types are usually treatment essence to be absorbed onto skin; clay type is usually for oilier skin types to draw out dirt and impurities; gel or cream masks are usually for drier or more mature skin types to infuse moisture. Depending on your need and skin conditions, you can choose different types for each time. For example, when you are feeling stressed out and your skin looks dry or dull, an essence type sheet mask will do the trick. While most facial masks are applied after cleansing before toning, some essence sheet masks (they are considered essence, and hence are applied after toning) are applied after toning. Refer to product instructions for correct usage sequence.

Toners
There are people who think toners are useless, but toners are actually essential products as they remove dead skin cells and residue from cleansers, replenish your skin with moisture after cleansing, and make the absorption of any subsequently applied products easier and faster. One common mistake when choosing a toner is that people with oily skin often choose a strong astringent to try to “dry” out their skin.

However, this is a serious mistake as abrasive toners containing high levels of alcohol* often overdry your skin, which in turn promotes the secretion of even more sebum (your skin’s natural reaction), which makes your skin even oilier. Look for toners and astringents that are made without ethyl alcohol, rubbing alcohol or isopropyl alcohol. These ingredients are solvents that are extremely drying to the skin.

*Many skin whitening toners contain alcohol. This does not mean that they are bad or harsh on your skin, but most of the skin whitening ingredients need alcohol to penetrate into your skin. As long as it does not burn or sting your skin, alcohol is not always an enemy.

Essence
Essences or serums are very light liquid form treatments, usually concentrated, to correct skin problems. They penetrate deep into your skin whereas regular moisturizers only sit on top of skin. Essences provide much quicker results and visible differences than regular moisturizers.

Different essences serve different purposes. Applied after toners (or moisturizers, as some essences are to be used on top of moisturizers), essence and serums are quickly absorbed onto skin. For best results, wait 5 minutes after applying essences or serums before applying moisturizer to allow maximum absorption onto skin. Because of their concentrated affects, serums are generally more expensive.

Moisturizer
Whether you have oily skin or dry skin, you need to moisturize your face. If you have dehydrated combination/oily skin, choose an oil-free or water-based moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated. If you have dry skin, after applying a light moisturizer, you can also apply a richer cream to seal in the moisture.

Depending on your skin type and needs, there are many moisturizers available. If you are in need of skin whitening, choose a moisturizer with skin whitening properties (preferably used in conjunction with the same line of whitening products). Acne-prone skin should find a sebum controlling moisturizer that is light-textured and non oily. Remember, oily skin can be dehydrated too, even though it looks shiny (oil). When your skin is dry, it secretes more sebum to help protect your skin, so even oily skin will benefit from using a water-based moisturizer.

If you have blemishes and your skin is dry, moisturize your skin in the morning and at night with products that contain vegetable oils which are high in essential fatty acids. Essential fatty acids help to soften and hydrate the skin and they can also help soothe minor irritations. Vegetable oils that contain large amounts of essential fatty acids are: corn oil, sunflower seed oil, safflower oil, borage oil, blackcurrant seed oil and evening primrose oil. Mineral oil is derived from petroleum and does not contain anything that helps to nourish the skin.

Sunblock
UV A and UV B
There are two types of UV rays which we need to protect ourselves from. UV B has a shorter wave length and causes burning (generates melanin which causes you to get darker & freckles to pop up). UV A has a longer wave length and penetrates deep within the skin’s collagen and elastin layer and causes aging and fine lines.

SPF – sun protection factor against UV B

SPF 22 means you get to spend 22 times longer under the sun (than which you would without protection from UV B) before you start burning. Example: If you have fair skin and it takes you 20 minutes in the hot sun to get a sun burn. With SPF 22, you get to spend 440 minutes (22 x 20) in the sun before you start burning.

PA - protects against UV A
PA+ minimum UV A protection
PA++ average UV A protection
PA+++ very high UV A protection

*I once told Ms.Cheng that the higher spf the better. Sorry I need to recorrect something. It's true but it only apply to other countries like those four-seasoned countries that receive extreme sunshine. I guess I heard that Asia people like Malaysia are only suitable to apply maximum SPF 25 or below SPF 30 or somewhere around that. SPF 50 is not suitable for us because it will be too "heavy".

Using Lots Of Whitening Products
Women in Korea use whitening products to combat skin pigmentation problems due to hormone imbalance especially during pregnancy. Pigmentation is prone to appear below the eyes, on the upper cheeks. To avoid developing huge freckle like marks on your face during pregnancy, use lots of whitening products.

Detailed Makeup Steps
Korean women apply 17 – 18 products every morning before stepping out of the house! Are you a Korean woman? Do you do this? Anyway, here is the make-up routine of a typical Korean woman who wants to portray having a flawless complexion. There are eleven steps!

1.Preparation: Primer + make-up base (corrects your skin tone)
2.Foundation
3.Conceal imperfection (concealer)
4.Setting: Set and fix foundation with powder or pact (The pact is now the Korean woman’s favourite touch-up item)
5.Highlighting: Enhance vitality with make-up Brightener
6.Eye brow
7.Eye shadow
8.Eyeliner
9.Mascara
10.Lip
11.Blusher

Facts
1. The latest foundation or powder are formulated with "light reflecting properties" or "light infusion technology" or "micro mirror function" so it'll reflect light from any angle and correct uneven skin tone resulting a illuminating glowing skin. If u don't know how to choose your suitable color foundation or powder, this function will help u adjust according to your most natural skin color.

2. Nanotechnology is a modern technology to create the particles as micro as nano size so the skincare products can penetrate deeply into the skin.

3. Blemish Balm cream or BB cream is so popular among Korea and Japan nowadays. Initially it's created originally from Germany for dermalogist usage to treat scars or plastic surgery, etc. Then now it's used in cosmetic for multi-functions as foundation, primer base, hydrating, correcting uneven tone, conceal imperfections, whitening, anti-oxidant, control sebum, etc, like sometimes 10 in 1, a make-up product that doesn't cause damage to the skin like usual make up products but more like a skin care product.

4. Have u ever wonder how to use eyeshadows? U see a set of color in compact, single color in a cube or various colors in a big pallete, but what the difference? If you're expert like any make up artist on how to choose and blend the colors then u might buy a big pallete of eyeshadow or single eyeshadow cube so u can freely mix all the colors together. However, if you're a beginner or a color criminal have no good idea how to mix the right colors together, just buy the set of colors in compact since it already arranged to guide u and the colors are ensured to be compatible with each other. *The lightest color is to highlight and paint the larger part of the eyelid while the deeper the color, it used to paint in narrower part and nearer to the eye lines.

5. Do u know the different types of mascara brush will create different kinds of effect? Lush, long or volume.

6. The best way to apply skin care products and foundation/powder on face is by "pap pap pap" on face then only spread it evenly with fingers.

Hmm there's lot to learn and what I post here is only some of the basic. O_o too much steps. Hmm to have a healthy skin, the most important are hygiene and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle like drink lots of water, eat vege and fruits, exercise, stress-free, avoid fried and spicy food, bla bla. Be healthy from inside out then your skin will become beautiful. When skin become beautiful originally, we need no use so much make up products to cover up our imperfections. Right? oho

Beauty Tips I

Hehe annyeong haseyo~ I just suddenly get aspired to post this up after my comeback from a church event in Kl last Saturday. Hehe damn touched and tired from the high spirited dancing and singing, crying, meeting once again my Korean songsaengnim since so long, long journey, hehe gaining new knowledges from listening to a senior's story telling about his experiences in bus. XDDD The camera flashes nonstop throughout the whole trip catching memories as much as possible. XDDD Then the whole bus turned into a battlefield when all the girls went around having their make up done. Anyway it seems like still lot of young ladies don't know the basic steps of skin care and make up even some knew how to paint their face already. Most of u might have known but no harm done when u learn again thoroughly and confirm if your methods are right or wrong. :D Haha I knew the steps theoritically but never tried it practically before so a kind big sis helped me to do a very light make up. :D Haha I'm lazy to do so although I knew the basic steps of skin care... that's why so many products sitting still collecting dust in my room.

Hmm... firstly, I want to share something I know with u. Siew Han last time asked me why I buy "make up remover" when I didn't make up daily. The reason is that liquid is not a make up remover but it still effective to be used as one and it's a water-based cleanser. There're many other "pre-cleansing" products like cleansing oil or lotion and some even with "double layer oil and water" to remove water resistant cosmetics. It's better if we do double cleansing because mere usual facial cleanser is not enough to deeply remove all the dirt inside our pores. If u're someone who use toner or u have no idea how clean your face is, u can see the proof that the cotton pad wipe off some dirt from your face when u apply toner even after face wash. Our skin is exposed to invisible dirt everyday no matter we make up or not because of the polluted air surrounded us, open air full of fine particles while indoor air especially in air-cond rooms and public transports is full of germs since the bacteria always stay inside and can't go anywhere so the pre-cleansing lotion is to ensure our skin really clean.

Secondly, the products on market nowadays are either synthetic, natural or half natural which the active ingredients usually made with plants or botanical ingredients. Natural is always the best and it becomes more popular and popular nowadays such as Body Shop, The Natural Source, Skin Food, Elianto, Face Shop, Etude House, L'occitane, Origins, Evelyn & Crab, etc etc. Well I'm not saying that products like Loreal, Chanel, Clinique, Biotherm, Estee Lauder, Lancome, SKII, Shiseido, Kose, and many other expensive products not good but just I think natural products are more friendly to skin and cheaper. I really feel Australia and Korean products are better since they more natural and I personally prefer Australia products. It's just my opinion maybe I'm wrong since many experts use branded products so they must have their own advantages. Whatever it is, a product that is free from alcohol, preservative, mineral oil, synthetic fragrance, artificial coloring, petrochemical cleansers, silicones, propylene glycol, sulfates, ethoxylates, parabens, DEA (MEA, TEA), will make a good and skin-friendly product. It just on the safe side so people with sensitive skin need no worry that the products would cause breakout. Actually we often heard alcohol is not good for skin but experts say alcohol can kill germs, provide cooling sensation and it's harmless if it's usage is within certain concentration therefore products with printed alcohol ingredients are absolutely safe. Whereas it's advisable to not use products with whitening properties since it might not compatible with your skin but it depends, use natural products. My view is if your skin is healthy, u will develop a bright healthy glowing complexion naturally. Mineral oils may clog your pores. Parabens like metylparaben and butylparaben usually included in the natural products to preserve the natural ingredients. Haha u guys will be lazy to look over the ingredients also so lalala~ Sometimes, u may grow suspicious if some products with certain active ingredients effective or not. They're scientically proven but maybe natural products take longer time or what I'm not so sure. Oh yeah if u see a "cleo award sticker" when u choose product then the product is definitely good because it's voted as one of the best products among consumers. Ahh, do u know what's the difference between gel, lotion and cream? They each construct of different thickness of textures. Gel is for very oily skin, lotion is for oily skin and cream is for dry skin. Of course normal skin can use any one of those. However, I think lotion is the best choice since if u don't know your type of skin and cream is too oily and heavy for skin and gel might not enough especially we live under the hot and humid weather. Don't misunderstand oily skin as hydrated skin. Remember skin secrete natural oil to overcome dryness. So u must use moisturizers to prevent skin dehydration and visible facial pores. Again u could only have facial wash twice or maximum thrice a day because the more u wash, your skin natural moisture will be swept away and more oil will be secreted.

Thirdly, have u ever concern about water temperature when u shower, wash face and hair? Hot water will dry out and burn your skin and scalp and these will stimulate your skin natural reaction to secrete more oil to overcome the dryness. Do u know bathing is better than shower? Hehe u must wonder ehh bathing and shower not the same? Bathing is more like u slowly soaking in the water and wash slowly while shower is u wash under running water. U see the more u wash, your skin pores open up and the running water keeps flowing your skin moisture away. It's the same apply to your skin and face after shower, u don't rub your skin with towel but gently dab it so the moisture remain and u won't carelessly damage your skin texture. If the water is too cool, the pore won't open up to wash away impurities so no, it can't do also. A too cool water will also stimulate an oily scalp to secrete more oil. Thus, a too hot and cool water is and enemy for oily scalp and hair. Eventually, the best temperature would be warm water!!! Woohoo!!! Well well it says like this but sometimes we just use whatever water temperature is available aren't we? Boo~ Haha hmm the same concept, do u know drink so much soft drinks can dry out your throats too? Ohh and do u know the length of hair after 15cm depends on outside nutrients while the hair within 15cm from your scalp depends on the nutrients absorb from your blood? So so now u know where should u apply those treatment products like hair mask and conditioner on hehe. Combing hair and blowing dry hair in fact help to increase blood circulation and restore the hair system but be careful to use products to protect your hair shafts since too much heat from hair dryer can damage your hair.

Stand Strong!!!

Whoa this blog is molding haha because no one bothers to touch it for awhile now. I'm busy with continuous activities happening. Siew Han with her heap up studies assignments and final exams... Jia you!!! Others I have no idea since we didn't contact each other. Hmm... ok Ms.Cheng uni line just sucks up don't let her load the blog maybe the blog hates her or what haha. Yo other guys, May San busy working so much? Ah Fen can't online as much as us for she haven't buy herself a laptop. Finally our founder of this blog, Ms.Moo yo are u too busy or u have nothing to post? Whatever~

First of all, I'm really thankful and feel full of gratitudes towards those who always support and giving me advises or just talking is enough for me that helping me building analysis and confidence which lead me to my final decision in my study choices. *Heave a relief sigh* Finally finally!!! I always ask myself why think so much? why can't I decide what course I want? why be afraid to face upcoming challenges? why not just be bold and receive everything that might encounter in the future with positive attitude? why worry about things that I don't know? why not live in the present and live in the future when what I do today will reveal the me of tomorrow? why not try my very best now so I won't looking back with regrets when I reminisce the past in my future? I'm so ashame of myself when I think about my past when I failed to achieve the top results because of my own laziness and cowardness to try the best as I can... there're parts of it that I'm glad it occured while there're parts of it that I regret so much because they're what makes myself today. During the progress I throw away negative thoughts like inferiority one by one. I ever wondered, if I didn't fall out of studies and continue to maintain my efforts which brought me the position top 2 among all other students, will I hesitate here now? will I be hanging around in Form 6 and meet a group of good friends? will I join the church and learn new warm friends and seniors? will I learn Korean? will I learn English and meet a very cute lovely junior and teacher? will I get scholarship and study science and not preferring art in top university? will I now graduate already earlier than my other friends? will I love DBSK? will I further studies in Japan now if I'm brave to take the foreign interview last time during the end of Form 5? So I think sometimes fate really happens while other times no. There're lots of things or habits passed by like a phase such as comics, animes, role-playing games, online chatting with oversea strangers, etc etc. Last time I just addicted so much to all these hobbies that I ignored my studies and now it all almost stopped already although they still remain but not as much as last time. As time goes on, I met new people and discover other new entertainments. Haha I really envy those who boldly follow their own heart to pursue their favourite dream and face everything with a happy mood. I hope I can be brave to begin my 1st step to walk on my chosen path. "Always look on the bright side. Life is too short to regret."

Ok sometimes there're really many unpredicted things happen or it's going out of control. Last time I always judge certain people thinking "Aish isn't she so irrational because she can't do something balancely?" Afterwards I rather believe outsider gossip and misunderstood the said person's real thoughts and think it's the certain factor that bring bad influence. Then I just let it go and didn't ask the person. Later I get to know that I have no rights to judge others because I realize the said person knows clearly what they're doing and they're happy with it... just that they make people think otherwise all because of their failure in their own management. But now I understand it when the same situation occurs to me. Hmm something fishy here... does this occur to me to let me realize others' situation? 1st Sept was suppose my intake date but I really couldn't make up my mind to study which course, to study in which university or college. I'm a really laid back person, when I can't ensure my 1st step, I won't have the heart and mind to work hard for the next step. How could I do it when my heart trembling unsettled and under the condition of rushing? And some gave me advise "Calm down and don't rush since it been dragged so long already why not take the very remaining last time to think carefully so I don't regret over my decision, waste no time and money" while my mom and sis critic me "Mind got problem so long already but still couldn't make up my mind. Time is gold and it doesn't wait for people just flies away." Both also have own logics. Me also so scared and worried alot since wah all my friends almost graduate but I'm still here not moving a bit still at the same place didn't grow at all. I can't face my friends and relatives and answer them when they always chased after me asking "where u study? Yo u still here?". I can't even answer myself how could I reply them so I tend to runaway. Well money seems not to be a problem for my mom since it's my father who support my studies but I myself don't like "risk my money" although it's my father's hard earned money and maybe he rather spends on his mistress or what I don't care at all, maybe I'm too naive. TT_TT I seek advices from many people, always double check and keep thinking what I want but I myself also seems not understand myself. I can't help it because I'm not like others, I have no choice to enter public uni due to my results not enough and my financial status allow me to choose whatever course I desire so I'm such a lucky person given a chance to choose while some who's out there who have their own dream career but can't reach it because of financial problem. Unfortunately I'm such an idiot have a clouded mind and greedy. When I once made up my mind to study psycology, I borrowed book from other and try to study it, visited the higher education institutes and then I changed my mind again because of boredom and the very not nice environment that the university have to offer me made me have 2nd thoughts. As a results, I get confused again and considered that other choices might be better. Haha see if other people must think "aish can study still not satisfied with and that". >_< I think since I pay lots of money to study, isn't I must take the one I like? *sigh*

Anyway my point is now I finally decided I will take English in KL although I'm still thinking about studying Multimedia but I only decided it after the intake date so I think why am I rushing myself, if I couldn't make it for 1st Sept I will just take next year since it just few more months to go. I could only made up my mind because this week I'm free from pressure, have time to finally calm down and think deeply. I made up my mind after 1st Sept passed, I will try to go interview for kindergarten and gain some teacher experience though I might not get the job while helping church maybe to translate because these few months are really crucial moments and lots of activities and I'm one of the few who studied English while most other members had Chinese studies and settle some church things. Now in this week, I have finally finished my lessons. Nah then my mom suddenly rush me again enter next week since the intake just began. I also thought ahh 4 months can learn a lot of things and I'm now readied already but my heart also want to help church in these remaining times and learning stuffs. It's not that I don't want to study but it just the matter of starting now or next year. If I go now, will I regret over my decision of leaving and feel guilty? If I settle and complete my tasks in these few months, then I can concentrate on my studies following years. Haha of course u may think now ahh "Siew Gee is so irrational because academic is more important and I should not delay, the church is a bad influence." So I guessed my mom will have this mind setting and I hesitated to tell her. But I have no choice because I don't want to add up her burden of worries anymore so I have to tell her the reason. In the end, whatever she talked just lead to one decision "U're wrong because the church delay your studies." Now the time just coincidentally crash with my intake date. I thought "If my results is good and I have already started my studies earlier, will she or u guys think the church mislead me? U won't right?" Because of this unexpected crashing, u and she mistook it as a bad thing but the main reason is my own failure in managing my decision and time, nothing to do with church. And so coincidently the year ends just nearing. Hmm maybe u disgree with me. All in all, what I want to convey is sometimes the things u witness physically might not be the truth because at times, there're many hidden factors that make up something u see or hear now. *Sigh* What am I gonna do? Siew Han, your new semester begins in October, then November, December and January so u must think the three months will be the period till your ending sem, learn lots of things isn't it? *sigh* One sem one sem one sem...

Stand strong on my own mind and be confident of my choice? I don't want to get influenced by other people and situations but sometimes like mother's opposition, it so hard to get away from it although the last decision is on my own hands. >_< I hope I can stand strong!!!! Yahhhh!!!!
